WHO AM I?
Hey there! My name is Tara.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED Certified, and a passionate advocate for helping women reclaim their strength, confidence and wellness.
I specialize in body transformation, corrective exercise, weight loss, and strength training, with a unique focus on supporting women who feel intimidated by the gym or unsure where to start. My approach is built on empathy, structure, and zero judgement - because I've been there too.
Over 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease after struggling with exhaustion and weight gain. At my heaviest, I weighed over 200 pounds and felt stuck in a body I didn't recognize. Through proper diagnosis, treatment, and a total shift in mindset, I took back control of my health. The weight came off - along with the dark cloud that had followed me.
Then, just a few years later, I was diagnosed with a 2nd Auto Immune Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis. Faced with chronic joint pain, and inflammation, I had two choices: give up or adapt. I chose to forge ahead. By modifying my workouts and listening to my body, I not only maintained my progress but reached the strongest, healthiest version of myself yet!
Now I want to help other women do the same. Empowerment through motivation with a core value of community instead of competition.
I believe strength is more than physical - it's about resilience, mindset, and showing up even when it's hard. Whether your brand new to fitness, restarting after a setback, or managing an autoimmune disease, I am here to guide you with personalized training, real support and no fluff.
