Strength shaped by real life.
Personal experience taught me that progress does not require perfection. It requires the right plan, the willingness to adapt, and the courage to keep showing up.

I have been there, too.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED Certified, and a passionate advocate for helping women reclaim their strength, confidence, and wellness.
More than ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease after struggling with exhaustion and weight gain. At my heaviest, I weighed over 200 pounds and felt stuck in a body I did not recognize. With the right diagnosis, treatment, and a complete shift in mindset, I took back control of my health.
Later, rheumatoid arthritis brought chronic joint pain and inflammation. I learned to modify my workouts, listen to my body, and keep moving forward. That experience shapes the way I train others today.
“You do not have to get it all together before you start. Just start—I will meet you where you are.”
My approach is built on empathy, structure, and zero judgment. Whether you are new to fitness, returning after a setback, or managing physical limitations, I am here to help you move forward.
