Frequently asked questions.
What to expect from personal training and peptide education with One Rep Closer LLC.
Training questions.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. You begin exactly where you are. Sessions are adjusted to your current fitness level, experience, and goals.
What if I feel intimidated by the gym?
That is one of the main reasons many clients choose one-on-one training. You receive direct guidance, a clear plan, and support without judgment or competition.
Can workouts be modified for pain or physical limitations?
Exercises can often be modified around mobility limitations, previous injuries, or discomfort. Personal training is not medical treatment, and medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Where is personal training offered?
In-person training is offered in the West Haven, Connecticut area. Virtual personal training is also available upon request.
How do the packages work?
Choose the package that fits your schedule and goals. Packages are paid upfront, are non-refundable, and must be used within the time period listed on the Personal Training page.
Do you offer training with a friend?
Yes. The Fitness With a Friend package includes ten shared sessions for $520 and must be used within six months.
